As a researcher and facilitator, connecting with widely varied audiences is my strong suit
if I may say so myself.

Clients call on me to help them learn from people as diverse as tween girls, Congressional staffers, clinical trial nurses, mothers with lower incomes, elderly caregivers, and association executives.  Using these skills, I also facilitate meetings with purpose—helping clients get their work done.

I am especially enthusiastic about putting research to use.  Several awards, including the NIH Director's Award of Merit, have recognized the clarity and public health benefit of my research-based written materials.

I live near Annapolis, MD with my husband and teen sons.  I am a runner

(far, but not fast).  And, my family is proud to sponsor several Naval Academy midshipmen, who are our “sons” and our "daughter" as well.
